Art Upload Form

The most secure method to upload digital files is through our Web site. We also accept e-mail art attachments. Please identify the distributor name, purchase order number, file type, and number of files.

Step 1
Artwork Requirements

We evaluate the quality of artwork files according to the industry's SM@RT art guidelines for artwork readiness. Artwork charges and additional production time may apply to files that do not meet the SM@RT art guidelines.

We ACCEPT the following format:

Adobe Illustrator (Mac or PC), CS2 or below: Create outlines for all fonts. Bitmap images placed or imported into the document cannot be accepted.
Macromedia Freehand (Mac only), version 10 and below: Create paths for all fonts. Bitmap images placed or imported into the document cannot be accepted.

We CANNOT ACCEPT the following formats:

Corel Draw (all Corel Draw files must be exported - not copied and pasted - as Illustrator files)
No bitmap or raster image files such as Photoshop, JPEG, TIFF, GIF, BMP, or PNG.
PageMaker
QuarkXPress
PowerPoint
Microsoft Excel
Any word processing files such as Microsoft Word

Note:

Before uploading, be sure your file has a file extension to indicate file type. For example, "myfile.eps" not "myfile".
(If you are sending a stuffed or zipped file, please count this as one file. A maximum of 6 files can be sent on one submission.)

NOTE: A hard copy for reference is required and can be faxed to 800-803-3314 with the purchase order or attached below. A paper proof charge will apply if a hard copy of the artwork is not received.

Click only once on SUBMIT. An automatic Email confirmation with an Artwork Reference # will be sent immediately to the Email address provided above. Please use the Artwork Reference # on the Purchase Order and all correspondence related to this artwork and order.
