• Catalog Pricing–Due to the volatility of raw materials and rapidly changing market conditions, prices are subject to change. Our intent is to honor all catalog pricing through December 31, 2010; however, this is subject to change. Prices are in U.S. dollars.
• E-Commerce/E-PSA Network–Pioneer trades order information via OrderTrax2. We currently handle Purchase Order receipt, Order Status, and ASN information. Contact Customer Service to get started on this form of electronic commerce.
• Order Changes–Changes to orders in production will result in additional charges.
• Cancellation Charge–Cancellation of orders in production will be charged a cancellation fee.
• Minimum Order–See price grids for requirements. All minimums are per each imprint/design.
• Print Direction–Each balloon and AdPunch ball is printed to be read with the neck down. Clearly specify if print is to be positioned otherwise.
• Production Time–Please clearly indicate delivery date required on your order. Allow up to two additional working days for preparation of art. Additional time will be required for Kinderprint Kits, insertion of ProLite Balloon Valves in latex balloons, and any special packaging. The amount of time will depend on the size of the order.
• Rush Orders–Rush service is available, depending upon product and plant capacity. Contact Customer Service.
• Web site/Check Order Status Online–View complete product catalog, upload or e-mail artwork, check order status, view current fliers and instruction sheets, and create your own virtual samples for FREE.
• Children under 8 years can choke or suffocate on uninflated or broken balloons. Adult supervision required.
  Keep uninflated balloons from children. Discard broken balloons at once.
• Latex balloons are made of natural rubber latex, which may cause allergic reactions.

• When choosing balloon and ink color combinations, consider the effect of the balloon color when combined with the ink color, particularly when printing on an assortment of balloon colors. A change of ink may be required for desired result. Colors can be custom-blended. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) color numbers are used as a point of reference only. Exact PMS color matches cannot be guaranteed. Custom ink blends are not inventoried. Latex inks are compared to uncoated PMS ink colors.
• Latex Ink Colors–Black, White, Red, Yellow, Royal Blue, Green, Brown, Orange, Pink, Purple, Burgundy, Teal, Gold, and Silver. Black ink is recommended on the Rainbow Assortments (L05). White ink is recommended for the Radiant Jewel (L75) and Radiant Pearl Assortments (L78).
• Latex Balloon Color Assortments–When choosing an assortment, or creating your own, please show the balloon color number(s) on the order. Assortments of any combination of colors are available, and unless otherwise specified, colors are assorted in the bag. Pricing will be based on categories of colors selected and invoiced accordingly.
• For orders under 500, choose up to one balloon color or one color assortment listed on the color chart.

• For orders of 500-999, choose up to two balloon colors or one color assortment listed on the color chart.
  Extra Balloon Color Charge (#30599):$2.50(X) per color.
• For orders of 1,000 or more, choose no more than four balloon colors or one color assortment listed on the color chart.
  Extra Balloon Color Charge (#30599):$2.50(X) per color.

Colors can be custom-blended. The Pantone Matching System (PMS) color numbers are used as a point of reference only. Exact PMS color matches cannot be guaranteed. Custom ink blends are not inventoried. Microfoil inks are compared to coated PMS ink colors.

• Microfoil Screen Print Ink Colors–Pantone ink colors include: Yellow (#109), Orange (#1655), Fire Red (#186), Burgundy (#202), Purple (#2603), Green (#341), Blue (#300), Pantone Rubine Red, Pantone Rodamine Red, and Pantone Reflex Blue. Other ink colors include: Black, White, Silver, and Gold.
• Microfoil Flexographic Print Ink Colors–A large inventory of standard Flexographic inks is offered at no additional charge. For inks not in inventory, add $60.00(F) per color.
• Microfoil Balloon Color Assortments–When creating your own assortment, show the individual balloon color numbers on the order. For screen-print orders of 50-249 balloons, choose up to four balloon colors; for orders of 250 or more balloons, choose up to eight balloon colors.
